Miles & Smiles

Walking is good for the soul. Pretty sure that’s how the saying goes…

And so the Giving Back team have signed up for the Dundee Kiltwalk on Sunday 11 August, 21.5 miles from St Andrews to Dundee . Fiona & Tracy are walking, Pam is support crew & cheerleader! Never ones to pass up a chance to fundraise, we also have a JustGiving page so please donate if you can!

We are also helping Slow Ways create their national network of walking routes by reviewing routes from Perth to Aberdeen…..over 100 miles but fortunately not in one day! Our deadline is 11 August so it times in nicely as a training plan for the Kiltwalk and our story will appear on the site soon after.

Here are some of the highlights from our most recent walk from Arbroath to Carnoustie…….including an albino ferret! Will post more pics as the training continues….

An albino ferret stopped us in our tracks but didn’ t seem bothered by us or Howard. He was later rescued with a hope to reunite with the owner.

More training walks coming soon………..
